Timings - 9:30 - 3:30pm

Day 1 (Tuesday) - Full day at Skyline bike park.

Day 2 (Wednesday)  - Wynyard jump park to Skyline bike park.

What’s in the program?

• Body dynamic skills

• Weight distribution and management on variety of gradients and features.

• Pressure control to maximize efficiency while braking

• Risk management while attempting newer features or challenging sections on the trail.

• Camaraderie and encouragement amongst groups.

Here’s what you need to keep in mind -

• A fully functional mountain bike with front suspension or full suspension. A bike safety check from a local bike shop in Queenstown is mandatory prior to the sessions.

• Appropriate helmets, full face helmets and body protection such as chest and knee pads are compulsory for lift access bike parks.
