SUP Bay Discovery

What to expect

The SUP Bay Discovery begins on the beach with a short briefing on paddling techniques and safety. Afterward, participants get set up with a stable, high-quality board and head straight onto the water. Within a few moments, the group will be gliding comfortably over the sea at a relaxed, easygoing pace.

The guide will lead a scenic paddle around the area, allowing participants to admire the stunning coastline and crystal-clear waters of Stegna Bay.

During the session, a short break is taken at a secluded spot to enjoy a refreshing swim, relax, and take photos before paddling back to the starting point.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, an experienced instructor leads the activity, and a support boat is on standby.

What is provided

• All necessary gear (board, paddle, drybag)
• Shorty wetsuit (during cooler months)
• Life jacket
• Experienced guide/instructor
• Souvenir photos

What to bring

Swimwear, towel, hat, sunscreen, t-shirt, and plenty of drinking water. In addition, a strap for glasses/sunglasses is recommended, along with water shoes or similar footwear for walking over the stones.

Meeting point

On the road from Rhodes to Lindos, take the exit to Stegna. Follow the road all the way down to the sea, then turn LEFT onto the beach road. After 100 meters, the base is located right on the beach next to Kozas Studios.

Please Note

• Participants should be in general good health and able to swim in open water.
• Paddling is done at a relaxed, unhurried pace. For anyone preferring a more stable ride, it is completely acceptable to paddle while kneeling or sitting, similar to a kayak.
• Children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.
• While the recommended minimum age is 8 for this activity, younger children who can confidently swim on their own are welcome to join a parent on the same board at no additional cost. Please indicate this in the ‘special requirements’ during the booking process.
• In case of unsuitable weather conditions or if the minimum amount of participants has not been met, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
