Inclusions

• Full-day private tour through the scenic Huon Valley

• Wine-making team meet and greet at two boutique wineries with tastings of premium wines and/or spirits

• Hands-on cheesemaking class at a local producer of rare sheep’s milk cheese, followed by a tasting of their award-winning selection

• Visit to a working apiary with a guided beekeeping encounter and honey tasting

• Return transfers from central Hobart hotels or Sandy Bay
