You will start your morning off with a blissful yoga session followed by the ultimate Ayurveda treatment a 90 minute Shirodhara experience.
Shirodhara is a relaxation treatment where warm medicated oil is poured onto your forehead, for a
nurturing and nourishing experience. The treatment claims the parasympathetic nervous system
and assist with sleeping.
The treatment starts with an Indian Head Massage, including your neck and shoulders. A Marma
point foot massage follows, before the ultimate experience of Shirodhara where warm oil is poured
onto your forehead, finishing with a Marma point face massage and a salt foot scrub!
